Holmes, Nonviolence in Theory and Practice. It has one chapter on Islam and Nonviolence, another chapter on Badshah Khan and the Khudai Khidmatgar, and a third chapter on the Druze (a religious offshoot of Islam) of the Golan Heights and their nonviolent resistance.
